Medical Research Spot (MRS) is seeking a creative and growth-oriented individual to strengthen our Instagram presence through professional content presentation, branding, audience engagement, and social media strategy. This is a project-based opportunity focused on digital growth, visual identity, and audience expansion.

Role Overview

This role focuses on helping MRS build a stronger and more recognizable online presence among medical students, residents, doctors, pharmacy students, and other healthcare professionals. Content and educational material will be provided by the MRS team. The selected individual will focus on content formatting, visual presentation, branding consistency, audience engagement, reels, Instagram growth strategy, and improving overall content reach and visibility.

Requirements

We are looking for individuals who understand how content drives growth. The ideal candidate combines clarity, structure, and engagement with a strong sense of audience targeting.

Strong understanding of Instagram growth, reach optimization, and audience engagement
Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar tools
Good understanding of content presentation and visual identity
Ability to create visually appealing and professional content
Understanding of reels, short-form video trends, and audience retention
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to contribute creative ideas for audience growth and platform visibility
Experience with high-performing or fast-growing social media pages is preferred
Ability to present content in a way that appeals to medical students, residents, doctors, pharmacy students, and healthcare professionals

Design and format Instagram posts, reels, and story content
Create visually engaging and professional social media content
Develop story templates and visual presentation concepts
Maintain a consistent and professional visual identity
Contribute to audience growth, visibility, and engagement strategies
Optimize content presentation for higher reach and Instagram performance
Create high-performing content optimized for views, saves, shares, and engagement
Assist with content scheduling and overall platform presentation
Contribute ideas and strategies to improve audience reach and digital presence
Support the growth of targeted medical audiences, including medical students, residents, doctors, pharmacy students, and healthcare professionals
