Ethics & Publication
All submissions must maintain high ethical standards. Withdrawal after submission harms

A full refund is available only if the manuscript is formally rejected, experiences an editorial delay exceeding three months from submission, or is formally retracted within six months of publication for reasons unrelated to author misconduct. Eligible refund requests must be submitted within five business days of the journal’s official notification and no refunds apply after this five business day period.  As well, for retractions issued after six  months from publication are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances, as the research services including professional analytical work, and scholarly guidance are fully rendered and have provided academic and practical value independent of subsequent  journal actions.
