Medical Research Spot is seeking an organized, proactive, and research-oriented Medical Research Project Coordinator to coordinate research groups, support participants throughout the research process, and ensure effective communication and consistent progress across ongoing projects. The role involves regular follow-up with research teams, answering general research-related questions, and helping participants understand and complete their assigned research steps based on the provided guidelines and instructions.
  • Background or experience in medical research.
  • Good understanding of systematic reviews, meta-analyses, and general research workflows.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to explain research-related steps clearly to participants.
  • Ability to manage and follow up with multiple research groups simultaneously.
  • Good written English and professional communication skills.
  • Reliable availability for daily communication and follow-up.
  • Previous experience coordinating medical research projects.
  • Previous involvement in systematic reviews or meta-analyses.
  • Experience working with medical students, residents, physicians, or research teams.
  • Familiarity with scientific publication workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving and team-management skills.

  • Coordinate approximately 15–20 research groups per month via WhatsApp 
  • Provide participants with project instructions and relevant materials.
  • Follow up regularly with research teams and monitor their progress.
  • Respond to participants’ general research and workflow-related questions.
  • Help participants understand their assigned research steps based on provided guidelines.
  • Send reminders regarding tasks, deadlines, and project requirements.
  • Identify delays or inactive projects and communicate them to the appropriate team.
  • Maintain professional and organized communication throughout each project.
