Medical Research Spot is seeking an organized, proactive, and research-oriented Medical Research Project Coordinator to coordinate research groups, support participants throughout the research process, and ensure effective communication and consistent progress across ongoing projects. The role involves regular follow-up with research teams, answering general research-related questions, and helping participants understand and complete their assigned research steps based on the provided guidelines and instructions.
Requirements
- Background or experience in medical research.
- Good understanding of systematic reviews, meta-analyses, and general research workflows.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to explain research-related steps clearly to participants.
- Ability to manage and follow up with multiple research groups simultaneously.
- Good written English and professional communication skills.
- Reliable availability for daily communication and follow-up.

Responsibilities
- Create and organize communication groups for newly launched research projects.
- Coordinate approximately 15–20 research groups per month via WhatsApp
- Provide participants with project instructions and relevant materials.
- Follow up regularly with research teams and monitor their progress.
- Respond to participants’ general research and workflow-related questions.
- Help participants understand their assigned research steps based on provided guidelines.
- Send reminders regarding tasks, deadlines, and project requirements.
- Identify delays or inactive projects and communicate them to the appropriate team.
- Maintain professional and organized communication throughout each project.
