This systematic review and diagnostic agreement meta-analysis examines the agreement between artificial intelligence algorithms and expert pathologists for quantitative immunohistochemistry scoring and tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte segmentation in solid tumors. By synthesizing evidence from published studies, the review aims to evaluate diagnostic agreement, reproducibility, interobserver consistency, biomarker quantification accuracy, and the potential of these algorithms to standardize digital pathology workflows and support precision oncology.
