This systematic review and meta-analysis evaluates oxygenation approaches used during procedural sedation for gastrointestinal endoscopy in adults at increased respiratory risk. It aims to assess whether advanced oxygen delivery methods improve oxygen saturation, reduce hypoxemic events, and decrease the need for rescue airway maneuvers during sedation.
