This systematic review and concordance analysis examines the diagnostic equivalency of arterial spin labeling and synthetic MRI compared with contrast-enhanced MRI in pediatric neuroimaging. By synthesizing evidence from published studies, the review aims to evaluate diagnostic agreement, lesion detection, image quality, and overall diagnostic performance to determine whether these non-contrast imaging techniques can serve as reliable alternatives to gadolinium-enhanced MRI in children.
