This systematic review and meta-analysis evaluates the role of cardiac MRI-based markers in assessing subclinical cardiac involvement among patients with autoimmune muscle and inflammatory diseases. It aims to summarize whether advanced imaging parameters can identify myocardial involvement, support risk stratification, and improve clinical monitoring in patients who may not yet have clear cardiac symptoms.
