This scoping review examines the current evidence on follow-up adherence, management pathways, and clinical outcomes of incidental pulmonary nodules identified on emergency department computed tomography scans. By mapping the available literature, the review aims to identify gaps in follow-up practices, evaluate adherence to management recommendations, and summarize patient outcomes to inform strategies for improving the care of incidentally detected pulmonary nodules.
