This systematic review and meta-analysis synthesizes current evidence on the prognostic significance of frailty in patients undergoing endovascular revascularization for chronic limb-threatening ischemia. Given the growing recognition of frailty as a predictor of poor vascular outcomes, the study evaluates its association with major adverse limb events, amputation risk, reintervention, and post-procedural outcomes following endovascular treatment.
