This systematic review and meta-analysis aims to evaluate the association between migraine with aura and patent foramen ovale (PFO) in young adults (18–45 years) with ischemic stroke. The study will assess the prevalence of PFO among patients with migraine-related stroke and examine whether the coexistence of migraine with aura and PFO is associated with an increased risk of ischemic stroke compared with patients without these factors.
